Kanadenaru - EGOIST (lyrics + translation)

First time posting hehe… I decided to make this blog in order to improve my Japanese skills. I haven’t seen a translation of this song available on the internet (although I’m not really sure, maybe I am just not trying hard enough) so I decided to give a shot in translating it.

I will not guarantee its accuracy since I’m a n00b although I did try my best. It’s a direct translation (well almost, but I changed some parts and some parts were really confusing) so you guys can interpret it as much as you want to. Who’s to say that the “predominant” brain wiring is the “best” brain wiring? Evolution, both biological and cultural, has relied on variation in populations to move forward. For instance, just because people live on the autism spectrum, doesn’t mean they should be pushed to the fringes of society. Perhaps we should ask if there are new ways that they can better society?
